The ESD 112 public relations cooperative allows smaller districts to be served by experienced professionals in part-time contracts or project scenarios-the best of both worlds-in creating programs that satisfy district communication priorities. From writing and designing outreach newsletters to coordinating groundbreaking ceremonies or open house events to one-time projects, the talented team can draw on a variety of expertises and experiences.
Crisis Communication Support
A trained cadre of communications professionals are available to assist in the development of parent letters, talking points for staff and administrators and community outreach activities related to a crisis of any magnitude. Staff has access to library of crisis resources and they work in tandem with other key staff to strategize the best communication tactics during a difficult experience.
The PR team conducts a variety of trainings for large or small group audiences. Topics range from graphic design basics to district ambassadorship.
ESD 112 PR staff will create customized, professional district newsletters to you can communicate the great things happening in your schools. If you choose, we can do all the writing, editing, design, photography and layout or you can provide the content and we'll do the rest. Standard format is 11 x 17 folded, though other options, including electronic newsletters, are available.
