How is SEEK unique?

  • As part of a public educational agency, we are the business of providing educational services Washington's citizens. Service, rather than profitability, is our primary concern. All income generated from this agency goes back into the agency and/or to its clients.
  • We are very stable, organizationally and financially. As a sub-agency of ESD 112 (Educational Service District 112), one of the 9 statutory regional educational service districts in Washington State, we have a long history of effective service to our districts and their students. We are subject to the laws and procedures of Washington State. We undergo regular auditing, and we adhere to the accounting procedures required by Washington State law. We also have a sound network of support departments that assist our operations.
  • We are ourselves employers of the professionals we seek. We have first-hand experience in the fields for which we seek employees. We know our students’ needs. We know what services are needed; we know what support is required; and we know what it takes to succeed in this environment.
  • We produce quality results. Our clients have confidence in the quality of our services, especially because we desire long-term relationships.
  • We meet client needs in a cost-effective and timely manner. We charge no employment fees to individuals seeking employment. For organizations, our fees are significantly lower than private agency competitors.
