Take Root Employment Cooperative (TREC)
The Take Root Employment Cooperative (TREC) is an Educational Service District 112 program that finds professionals for member school districts. TREC employs professionals who deliver needed services to students in school districts.
TREC was created to address critical shortages of qualified education professionals who are needed in our school districts.
Education professionals may include:
- Physical Therapists & Assistants
- School Psychologists
- Speech Language Pathologists
- Occupational Therapists & Assistants
- School Nurses
- Sign Language Interpreters
Our TREC program works to place employees in 28 districts throughout Southwest Washington, and in several other areas of the state.
One of nine Educational Service Districts statewide, ESD 112 Primarily serves the six counties of Southwest Washington, where we have been a key partner in creating and delivering educational programs for the past four decades. Through partnerships, cooperatives, state and federal grants, and fee-for-service work, ESD 112 helps districts leverage their resources to make programs more efficient and save money. Our innovated strategies have been replicated across the country.
