Early Head Start

The ESD 112 Early Head Start program helps promote  school readiness by enhancing children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development, and supporting parents and families in this effort. 

Qualifying families may enroll in our FREE Home Based program or our Center Based program.  For more information on our Early Head Start programs, please contact us at 360-952-3466 or send us an email.

Families enrolled in Early Head Start will participate in:

  • Child care and home visiting options for prenatal women and children aged birth to 3 years 
  • Children are provided with educational, health and nutritional services
  • Assist children and families with community resources 
  • Opportunities for parent involvement and leadership opportunities

Early Head Start provides comprehensive child and family development services for low-income pregnant women and families with infants and toddlers ages birth to three years.
