CSG was born out of requests by school districts for assistance in managing capital projects. These requests often came from smaller districts that built infrequently and had little or no qualified staff to oversee capital programs.

CSG began providing construction-related services to school districts in 1992. Since then, we have managed construction of over 7,000,000 square feet of school buildings. Our client districts have ranged in size from under 100 students to over 50,000 students. CSG supports school districts with services from concept to completion—beginning during the pre-bond period and extending through the occupancy of buildings.

Today, CSG provides services to districts of all sizes. CSG has been able to provide assistance to those districts with trusted, qualified professionals at a reasonable cost.
