Strategic Planning

Whether an organization or school district wants to reinvent themselves, or provide a more modest course correction, a Strategic Plan process can help find consensus, give direction, provide a common meeting of the minds and put it all down on one common document.

The PR staff can provide a framework for creating a Strategic Plan or updating an existing plan. Whether it is creating an agenda for development, facilitating staff, Board and/or community discussions, arriving at a consensus, and writing the final plan, the PR professionals can help guide the process from start to finish in a neutral, yet inclusive, manner. This process can also be used to help with School Improvement Plans - at the district or school level, as well as for visioning and mission work as well.
